Boy!  That course is beautiful, but it also looks like it would be difficult to play!

Susan - I wish I knew what it was like to play, but so far I have only taken pictures. Last I heard the membership fee was $60K, a little too rich for me! :-) Mike

I've never played a round of golf unless you include Putt Putt Golf. I do enjoy watching Tiger Woods, though.

When I first moved to San Diego, three of my friends from Texas came out to visit me. They wanted to play a round of golf at Torrey Pines, where the 2008 U.S. Open was held. We did. They all shot in the 90s. I shot a 154. They made fun of me. I pointed out to them that since par was 72, I had actually played two rounds of golf averaging a 77. They just played one round and shot dismally. They didn't think that was funny, so I bought margaritas at On The Border.
